By downloading MorphOS 1.4.5 for PowerUP accelerator cards, you agree to the following terms of use.

1.	Every component of the MorphOS PowerUP Free Edition may only be used on PowerPC accelerator cards by phase5/DCE. Usage on any other hardware and/or inside of emulation environments is strictly forbidden.
2.	The PowerUP Free Edition may only be redistributed if no modifications were done to the archive.
3.	Distribution of single or multiple components is prohibited, unless explicitly allowed by specific license. Again, the PowerUP Free Edition may only be redistributed as a whole in its original unmodified form.
